**Day 1:**
Ok, so I put the thing together, and “I” am having my mind and spirit moved and challenged! (in a good way!) Reflecting on John 1: 1-18, along with Ps 23 is really bringing back the enormity of the entire UNIVERSE compared to “just little ol’ me”. I think of Ps 8:4-6, where it says “What is man, that you care for me? What is man that you would visit me?” (KJV).
But also look at it in the NLT:
**4** “what are mere mortals that you should think about them,
human beings that you should care for them?\[[a](https://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=Psalm%208%3A4-6&version=NLT#fen-NLT-13993a)\]
**5** Yet you made them only a little lower than God\[[b](https://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=Psalm%208%3A4-6&version=NLT#fen-NLT-13994b)\]
and crowned them\[[c](https://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=Psalm%208%3A4-6&version=NLT#fen-NLT-13994c)\] with glory and honor.
**6** You gave them charge of everything you made,
putting all things under their authority—”
So that’s how BIG our God is, and what He left to come join us for a little while (physically); but He came here with the purpose of bridging the gap between mankind and God, The Father…to bring us back into fellowship with Him.
I hope we all grasp that…out of the entire universe of creation, God loves you THAT much, like John 3:16 says, “… that he gave his one and only Son, so that everyone who believes in him will not perish but have eternal life.”
